Steps for CCP Enrollment

Step 1: Parents/guardians and student who want to participate in CCP MUST have either attended the meeting in person or viewed the entire presentation

Step 2: Complete intent to participate form by April 1st for the upcoming school year or by November 1st for the spring term *must see counselor to obtain form
